Description:
The new Form 45-106F1 Report of Exempt Distribution (New Report) came into effect on June 30, 2016 in all jurisdictions of Canada.
As of June 30, 2016, issuers filing in British Columbia are required to file the New Report by completing an electronic form on the BCSC’s eServices. The BCSC revamped eServices to accommodate the structured format of the New Report. The webinar introduced the new web-based filing system.
The BCSC hosted another free webinar on May 31, 2016 to introduce the New Report and review changes to the exempt distribution disclosure requirements. For more information, click here.
