Background:
The Ontario Securities Commission (the OSC) issued an Investor Alert, August 29, 2011, cautioning investors not to purchase securities from Anchor Securities Limited (ASL) and its principal, Martin Donald Heppner.
ASL was registered in Ontario as an exempt market dealer, but the OSC suspended its registration on August 26, 2011.
ASL is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.
We urge British Columbia residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
