Background:

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) recently became aware that Better Returns Investment Group (BRIG) has solicited investments from British Columbia residents through an Internet advertisement. 

On its website, BRIG claims that it is an investment firm  that invests client funds in a wide range of assets, including oil and gas, and forex.  BRIG’s website offers three different investment plans and guarantees a return of 10 times the invested capital in just 21 days.  The minimum investment amount is $500. 

BRIG is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts, and has not qualified its investment plans with a prospectus.

We urge British Columbia residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered in British Columbia and are selling unqualified investments.
