Background:

We have recently received information that Golden Futures Trader (GFT) has solicited British Columbia residents to open accounts to trade in futures contracts.  The British Columbia residents solicited by GFT had previously purchased securities through Occidental Capital Partners and lost all their funds.

On its website, GFT falsely claims to be a member of the National Futures Association in the United States.   

Golden Futures Trader is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.
 
 We urge British Columbia residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
