Background:
The Ontario Securities Commission (the OSC) issued an Investor Alert, on January 30, 2012, cautioning investors not to purchase securities from Morgan Dragon Development Corp. (MDD) or its principals, John Cheong and Herman Tse.
MDD was registered in Ontario as an exempt market dealer, but the OSC suspended its registration on January 27, 2012.
MDD and its principals are not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.
We urge British Columbia residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
