Background:

In September 2008, we received enquiries from residents of another province about Griffin Habitat Investment, an entity purporting to be located in Vancouver, British Columbia. According to its website, Griffin Habitat offered a high-yield investment program to prospective clients.

Griffin Habitat is not registered in British Columbia to trade in, or advise on, securities and exchange contracts.  Griffin Habitat has not filed a prospectus with the BCSC.
