On December 4, 2001, the Commission ordered that Guerrini pay the costs of his hearing. See Adamo Guerrini 2001 BCSECCOM 1144. On December 18, 2001, Commission staff submitted a bill of costs for $6,270.50 and sent a copy to Guerrini. Guerrini has not made a submission on costs.

Under section 174 of the Act the Commission orders that Guerrini pay costs of $4,000 to the Commission.
