Section 161 Order by Consent
¶ 1 This British Columbia Securities Commission considers it to be in the public interest and orders under section 161(1)(e)(ii) and 172 of the Act that:
- 1. the Respondents, Ross Stanfield, Bul River Mineral Corporation and Gallowai Metal Mining Corporation, disseminate technical reports that are fully compliant with National Instrument 43-101 for the Gallowai Bul River Property (the Property) prepared by Scott Wilson RPA Inc., to all existing and future security holders of Bul River Mineral Corporation and Gallowai Metal Mining Corporation, as follows:
- (a) By October 15, 2010, a technical report without a mineral resource estimate but including the laboratory results of the Scott Wilson RPA Inc. independent samples from the Property; and
- (b) By July 15, 2011, a second technical report with a mineral resource estimate.
- 2. by December 31, 2010 and March 31, 2011 the Respondents will report to the Executive Director the progress of Scott Wilson RPA Inc. in completing the second technical report.
