Variation Order
¶ 1 The undertaking of Tim Hewison and Carl Jonsson and the undertaking of the Respondent Corporations, which are attached to this Order, are incorporated herein by reference.
¶ 2 At a hearing on October 26, 2010 the British Columbia Securities Commission, conditional on receipt of the undertakings in writing, and considering that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, and with the consent of the parties, under section 171 of the Act, varied its Order made July 16, 2010 so that:
1. by July 15, 2011, the Respondent Corporations disseminate a technical report, that is fully compliant with National Instrument 43-101 for the Gallowai Bul River Property prepared by Scott Wilson RPA Inc., to all existing and future security holders of the Respondent Corporations.
2. by March 31, 2011 the Respondent Corporations will report to the Executive Director the progress of Scott Wilson RPA Inc. in completing the technical report.
