Otter Lake Resources Inc.

¶ 1 Otter Lake Resources Inc. is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.

¶ 2 Otter Lake Resources Inc. securities are quoted on the Pink Sheets in the United States, and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

¶ 3 Otter Lake Resources Inc. securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.

¶ 4 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Otter Lake Resources Inc. securities.

The Order
¶ 5 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Otter Lake Resources Inc. is halted until the end of June 29, 2007.
