AND
IN THE MATTER OF VANCOUVER STOCK EXCHANGE
Notice of Hearing and Review Under Section 28
WHEREAS on November 13, 1995, the Vancouver Stock Exchange issued a Citation against Devinder Randhawa alleging infractions by Randhawa of Exchange By-Law 5.01 and Exchange Rules F2.21 and F2.22(1)(c );
AND WHEREAS on February 27, 1996, following a hearing on February 8 and 9, 1996, the Exchange issued a written decision in which it found that Randhawa had breached the cited Exchange Rules and By-Law.
AND WHEREAS on March 26, 1996, following further submissions, the Exchange issued a written decision with respect to the sanctions it imposed against Randhawa;
AND WHEREAS on March 26, 1996, the applicant applied to the Commission under section 28 of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1996, c 418, for a hearing and review of the Exchange’s decisions of February 27, 1996, and March 26, 1996;
THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing and review will be held on the 17th day of July 1997, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
