Genius Funds, also known as Genius Investments
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On February 11, 2010, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against Genius Funds, also known as Genius Investments and a notice of hearing (2010 BCSECCOM 89).
¶ 2 With the consent of the parties, the Commission extends the temporary order and adjourns the hearing to April 7, 2010.
