Extension of Temporary Order and Notice of Adjournment of Hearing
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against the Issuers. On April 9, 2001, the Executive Director ordered that all persons cease trading in the securities of the Issuers until April 24, 2001.
On April 24, 2001, the Commission adjourned the hearing to 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2001, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, to fix a date for the hearing.
The Commission extends the cease trade order until August 23, 2001.
