Hearing Date and Extension of Temporary Order
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against Rampart Securities Inc. On August 17, 2001, the Executive Director made a temporary order that expired on August 29, 2001.
With the parties’ consent, the Commission adjourns the hearing to 9:00 a.m. on October 3, 2001, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, to fix a date for the hearing, and extends the temporary order to that date.
