Costs Order Under Section 174
Background
In a decision dated July 2, 1997, the Commission ordered Global Securities Corporation to pay hearing costs. On October 23, 2001, Commission staff submitted a revised bill of costs for $25,192.50. The bill of costs was sent to counsel for Global on October 23, 2001. On October 31, 2001, counsel for Global approved the costs.
Order
The Commission orders under section 174 of the Securities Act, that Global pay $25,192.50.
