Hearing Dates and Extension of Temporary Order
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against the Corporate Respondents and Individual Respondents. There is a temporary order in force against the Respondents.
With the parties’ consent, the Commission
· adjourns the hearing to August 24 to August 31, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver; and
· extends the temporary order until the hearing is held and a decision rendered.
