Hearing Dates and Extension of Temporary Order
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act against the above respondents. There are temporary orders in force against them.
With the parties’ consent, the Commission
· combines the proceedings against all the respondents into one hearing;
· adjourns the hearing to April 8 to April 26, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver; and
· extends the temporary order against the Issuers until the hearing is held and a decision rendered.
