Stay Order Under Section 165(5) of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c 418
Arthur Murray Smolensky applied for a hearing and review of a Canadian Venture Exchange decision made on January 10, 2001. The decision requires Smolensky to make disclosure to the Exchange in connection with an upcoming Exchange hearing. Smolensky also applied for a stay of the decision pending disposition of the hearing and review.
The Commission orders under section 165(5) of the Act that the CDNX decision is stayed pending disposition of the hearing and review, to be held on Friday, January 26, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. at 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
