Order Under Section 171

WHEREAS Wireless Matrix Corporation (“Wireless”) has applied to the Executive Director for an order under section 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 (the “Act”) that the order of the Executive Director dated October 12, 2000 deeming Wireless to be a reporting issuer under section 1(1) of the Act dated October 12, 2000 (the “Previous Order”), be revoked;

AND WHEREAS Wireless became a reporting issuer as a result of the merger of the Alberta Stock Exchange and the Vancouver Stock Exchange on November 26, 1999;

AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest;

[para 4]
IT IS ORDERED under section 171 of the Act that the Previous Order be revoked.
