Revocation Order under Section 171
On May 15, 2001, LMX Resources Ltd. applied to the Commission for a hearing and review and a stay of an April 19, 2001, Canadian Venture Exchange decision to release Mr. Don Farrell from his March 16, 1999, Undertaking to the Exchange. On May 30, 2001, the Commission stayed the CDNX decision until the disposition of the hearing and review.
LMX has advised the Commission that it has withdrawn its application for a hearing and review. The stay is therefore revoked.
