Section 28 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 30, 2009, Geosam Investments Limited asked for a review of a TSX Venture Exchange Inc. decision approving a private placement by Cordy Oilfield Services Inc.
¶ 2 Cordy withdrew its application to the Exchange for approval of the private placement.
¶ 3 On December 29, 2009, Geosam Investments Limited withdrew its application to the Commission.
