The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents. The hearing is held at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia and starts at 10 am. We have set additional dates and list below all of the dates for 2003:
