¶ 1 On August 28, 2012, the Executive Director issued an Amended Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act) naming Mohammed Soolaman (Soolaman) as a Respondent.
¶ 2 On October 2, 2012, the Executive Director entered into an undertaking with Soolaman.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Soolaman.
