On January 16, 2003, the Executive Director made a decision to refuse to renew Brian Stanley Bocking’s registration as an Investment Advisor and Dealer.
On January 28, 2003, Bocking applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision. He also applied for a stay of the decision. The Commission granted the stay on January 31, 2003, pending disposition of the hearing and review.
The Commission will hold a hearing to review the Executive Director’s decision on August 8, 2003, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
