¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Haywood Securities Inc.
¶ 2 The matter has been set, by consent, for 10 am on October 20, 2005, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
¶ 3 The set date hearing, scheduled for July 26, 2005, is cancelled.
