¶ 1 On May 24, 2002, the Executive Director issued a Temporary Order and Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Amr I. Elgindy (also known as Anthony Elgindy, Tony Elgindy and Anthony Pacific), Mary Faith Elgindy, Pacific Equity Investigations and Derrick W. Cleveland (Cleveland).
¶ 2 On June 15, 2006, the Executive Director settled with Cleveland.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Cleveland.
