TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Richard Charles Harris, III and Ana Victoria Jimenez (aka Ana Harris), referred to in the Notice of Hearing dated March 3, 2000, has been set for 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2000, at British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver.
