¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Bryan Orr. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated April 13, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing was set to continue on May 14, 2007. The parties agree that it would be appropriate to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 3 On May 10, 2007, the Commission adjourned the hearing generally.
¶ 4 May 10, 2007.
