¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Lawrence Michael Schlosser. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated January 18, 2007.
¶ 2 On February 19, 2007, the Commission set hearing dates, including November 13, 2007. The panel is unable to sit on November 13, but will sit on the morning of November 14 instead. The hearing is now set for 10 am on November 5 to 9, 14 (am), 15, 16, 19 and 20, 2007, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
