Foresight Capital Corporation and others - ruling
On August 15, 2006, Mr Wong applied to re-open the hearing and introduce new evidence. The proposed new evidence relates to the settlement negotiations between the respondents and the executive director before the hearing began on November 28, 2005. The executive director and Ms MacGregor Bock made submissions and Mr Wong replied.
We have considered the material. We find that the proposed new evidence is not relevant to the allegations in the notice of hearing and dismiss Mr Wong’s application.
