The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders against Rampart Securities Inc. On December 4, 2002, we adjourned this matter to 9 am on Friday, January 17, 2003, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, when the parties will inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing.
