¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider an application by Mantle Resources Inc. for orders in connection with a shareholder rights plan adopted by Ecstall Mining Corporation.
¶ 2 The Commission will hear the application at 9 am on Friday, January 26, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
