TAKE NOTICE that the hearing before the British Columbia Securities Commission to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Capricorn Communications Corp. and Richard Fenner, referred to in the Notice of Hearing dated September 8, 2000, has been adjourned by consent from October 4, 2000, to October 18, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. at British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, at which time a date will be fixed for the hearing.
