Notice
WHEREAS the Vancouver Stock Exchange, now the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc., made decisions on July 28, 1998, and August 17, 1998, in connection with disciplinary proceedings concerning Michael J. Hordo;
AND WHEREAS Hordo has applied to the Commission under section 28 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for a hearing and review of the decisions;
THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing and review of the decisions of the Exchange will be held on May 11 and 12, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. each day, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
