¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider a request by Barrick Gold Corporation for orders in connection with NovaGold’s shareholder rights plan dated April 21, 2006.
¶ 2 The Commission has scheduled the hearing for 10 am on September 27, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
