¶ 1 On June 22, 2005, Douglas Francis Corrigan requested a hearing and review of a decision made by the Investment Dealers Association Pacific District Council on April 19, 2005.
¶ 2 On July 12, 2007, the Commission wrote to Mr Corrigan’s counsel informing him that the Commission intended to dismiss the request as abandoned unless he confirmed in writing by July 27, 2007, that Mr. Corrigan intends to pursue the hearing and review. Mr. Corrigan’s counsel did not respond.
¶ 3 Under section 165(4) of the Securities Act, the Commission dismisses Mr Corrigan’s request for a hearing and review as abandoned.
