The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, against Rampart Securities Inc. The matter has been adjourned to 10 am on Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, when the parties will inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing.
