The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 against Michael Lee Mitton. The matter has been adjourned to December 2, 2002, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the parties will inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing.
