¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated March 6, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing, set to start on October 3, 2006, is adjourned by consent.
¶ 3 On October 3, 2006, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
