Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On May 20, 2008, the Executive Director issued a temporary order and notice of hearing against the respondents. On June 3, 2008, the Commission extended the temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
¶ 2 On July 28, 2008, the Commission adjourned the hearing to January 20, 2009.
¶ 3 After hearing submissions of staff counsel, the Commission adjourns the hearing to March 25, 2009 at 9 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, when the parties will inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing.
