Hearing notice – adjournment and extension of temporary order
Manna Trading Corp., Manna Humanitarian Foundation, Legacy Capital Inc. and Legacy Trust Inc., Hal (Mick) Allan McLeod, David John Vaughan, Kenneth Robert McMordie also known as Byrun Fox, Dianne Sharon Rosiek, Robert (Robb) Murray Perkinson
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above respondents.
¶ 2 On June 20, 2007, the Executive Director issued a temporary order and notice of hearing against the respondents. The temporary order was set to expire on July 4, 2007.
¶ 3 On July 4, 2007, the Commission, considering it necessary and in the public interest
• extended the temporary order until July 26, 2007; and
• adjourned the hearing to July 26, 2007, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, when the Executive Director will bring an application to extend the temporary order and the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
