¶ 1 On October 28, 2005, Gallery Resources Limited requested a hearing and review of a decision made by TSX Venture Exchange on September 28, 2005.
¶ 2 On June 15, 2007, the Commission wrote to Gallery informing them that the Commission intended to dismiss the request as abandoned unless Gallery confirmed in writing by July 27, 2007, that it intended to pursue the hearing and review. Gallery responded that its new board of directors supports the Commission’s intention to dismiss the application.
¶ 3 Under section 165(4) of the Securities Act, the Commission dismisses Gallery’s request for a hearing and review as abandoned.
