¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated March 17, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for December 4 to 20, 2006, with the exception of December 7, 2006 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
