Background
¶ 1 The Executive Director asked for costs in this matter. In a decision dated September 9, 2005, the Commission directed the Executive Director to provide additional information on costs.
¶ 2 Subsequently, the parties agreed to reduce the costs to $40,000.
Order
¶ 3 The commission orders under section 174 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, that Siddiqi pay $40,000 for the costs of or related to the hearing.
