Richard J. Watson applied for a hearing and review of a TSX Venture Exchange decision made on June 6, 2002. The decision stated that Mr. Watson’s involvement with any listed company in any capacity was not acceptable.
Watson also applied for a stay of the decision. The Commission will hear the stay application at 10 am on Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
