The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents.
The hearing has been adjourned to October 18 to November 18, 2004, with the exception of November 2 to 4 and November 11, 2004, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
