¶ 1 On March 18, 2011, the Executive Director issued an Amended Temporary Order and Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act) naming SFCS Capital (Canada) Corp. and Robert John Alexander Stitt, as respondents.
¶ 2 On May 26, 2011, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the respondents.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the respondents.
