The British Columbia Securities Commission has been holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the July 13, 2004 further amended Notice of Hearing.
The hearing will recommence on January 4, 2005 at 10 am and will continue on January 5 to 7, 10 to 14 and 17 to 21.
The hearing is being held at the commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
