¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against Raymond Patrick Shaw.
¶ 2 The Commission was to set dates for the hearing on October 1, 2007.
¶ 3 On September 27, 2007, the executive director discontinued proceedings against Terry James Minnie, and applied to adjourn the set-date hearing for Shaw.
¶ 4 The Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on December 12, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
¶ 5 A temporary order, issued on October 7, 2004 and extended on November 26, 2004, remains in effect against Shaw until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
