Section 89 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 Digagogo Ventures Corp. (Digagogo) is a Delaware company, is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and trades on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets quotation system.

¶ 2 The Executive Director has become aware of information, other than information filed under the Act, that when disclosed to the public may cause or is likely to cause unusual fluctuations in the volume of trading in, or market price of, Digagogo’s securities.

The Order

¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Digagogo is halted until the end of August 12, 2011.
